As part of SCWLA’s Equal Pay Awareness Month programming, the Old English region is hosting a luncheon on Thursday, April 26th from 11:30-1 pm at Amelie’s Left Bank space at 157 E. Main Street in downtown Rock Hill. Our speaker will be Jake Modla (Jake Modla Law, PLLC) who will speak about employment discrimination and the Equal Pay Act. Jake is the husband of SCWLA member Jane Modla and has been practicing in the employment law area for over 25 years. We are working to get CLE credit for Jake’s presentation, and anticipate that it will be received by the time of his presentation. You’ll also enjoy a delicious lunch, at no charge to our members.
