Barbara Seymour Presents: Don’t Feed the Trolls: Smart, Ethical Strategies for Online Engagement This CLE program will explore the ethical challenges attorneys face in managing their online reputations in the age of social media, consumer review platforms, and AI-generated content. We’ll examine what responses are ethically permissible under Rule 1.6, strategies for addressing false or harmful reviews, and best practices for encouraging positive feedback without running afoul of legal or professional rules.
